To help you settle in, we have put together a summary of the important information that you need to be aware of to ensure you have a happy stay in the complex. You must still familiarise yourself with the full complex rules . To get access to the complex you will need to fill in the Residents Information Form.

Before you do any maintenance to your unit, make sure you comply with sectional title rules. Any building work (exterior / interior) needs to first be approved by the body corporate. Failure to not follow due process can result in legal action and you incurring the costs to undo any alterations done to your unit.
